Bee Bread

"Bee bread" is pollen collected by foraging bees that has been deposited in the cells of a comb and mixed with a little nectar. Here, pollen undergoes the conversion to bee bread and is used as a protein source for developing brood. Watch the video below for a brief overview of bee bread.

Is Bee Bread a Superfood?
